IT Service Group offers our customers a  state of the art help desk and support ticket system, coupled with  a full featured customer portal.

We offer a streamlined and efficient system for you to raise your support issues. Our flexible system allows you to request support 24x7x365. All support requests are logged into our support ticket system and assigned a ticket number, and then assigned to one of our staff.

Our customers also have access to our customer portal where they can track every aspect of their relationship with IT Service Group including:

  1. Invoice And Accounting Records, Project Progress, Support Tickets and more.
  2.  Receive custom quotes for services, prepared by our staff. You can then approve those quotes and pay for them online by credit card.
  3. Access our company store where you purchase support contracts & consulting hours time blocks, and setup retainer agreements for IT Service projects such as software development and Infrastructure improvement projects
